I’m writing this post because I like playing a lot of alts. As the alt friendlly expansion this is supposed to be, there’s an insane amount of content to do to properly craft ur things on alts.
I do understand that having accountwide primal infusions etc would be too broken, but at least make primal chaos account wide, just like soul ash/soul cinder etc was, so i can craft my gear on my alts without having to do +10 16s to be able to craft a 392 weapon.
As miner and herb i got about 3k of em nothing to do, just bank space atm.

Nah, you must have misunderstood it. The expansion is only alt friendly if you stick to one character.

I do think this expansion is pretty good for playing alts but these things being soul bound does mean I have to do a shedload more high level stuff on my crafting alts than I really wanted to. And that means a lot more work in gearing them, when I’d prefer to just concentrate on my main.
So, yeah, I’d like to see them account bound too. I also think the patterns for a lot of the recipes are locked into renown levels too high. I know the alts get double rep once one character has reached level 10 in them, but it seems way higher than need be. Don’t think I’ve unlocked any of them yet, and I unlocked the double rep weeks ago on my main.
Its been mentioned before but this game can solve a lot of its problems by simply replacing the soulbound text on items with blizzard accound-bound. Maybe they fear it will break X or Y and maybe thats true but I doubt its anything significant enough not to ever do it. If you play on alt, you already miss out on not playing your main, that opportunity cost is generally good enough.
yeah this is it pretty much, I have six 70s, I simply don’t have the willpower or motivation to grind out 50 primal chaos (or 200+ when I want to craft two weapons which are 80 each already) when I sit on hundreds on my main, which I have no use for. No one will get harmed or put at a disadvantage, if someone gears their alt with up to 3 items, considering we are spark of ingenuity locked past that anyway (primary stat gem aside).
There’s no logical reason for us to get spark of ingenuity crosscharacter out of the gate and then be primal chaos locked.
I would love this, it really needs to be a thing.
Is that a flex or something? Not all of us have 3k of them sitting on our alts, and they aren’t useless at all. It’s used to craft powerful gear.

All the dungeons give elemental Chaos upon completion.
But as somebody who recently started an Alt (currently 382) I agree, it is pretty annoying to do the Spark quests and then find out you need 300 elemental chaos to create your 4 items…
I don’t see what’ll break if they make it Account Bound.

And added bonus to this is that not only would it help people gear their alts, but it would also lead to a more lively crafting market.
dungeons give primal chaos based on dungeon level. a +16 gives 16, a +2 gives 2. I’d really love to not run 80 +2s to be able to craft a 392 weapon ^^
I am prety sure if you ran 80 m+2s there is no need for you to craft a 392 item anymore 
On my alt warrior I ran about 8-10 M+ dungeons and already at the +10 point
it was more of a point. I know you wouldnt need it if u ran 80 dungeons. but why do i need to run a ton of dungeons to craft my spark items? I have so much rotting on my main of primal chaos
even if they don’t make them account bound give us a way to transfer to alts.
‘primal chaos pack’: buy for 300 → send to alt → open on alt for 250
Or let us se them @ a vendor to buy gear to send to alts for initial gearing
it becomes useless the moment you don’t have more sparks / gems needed. they can’t use the 3k they has for anything more, so it’s useless for them, not for you maybe.
was trying to play an alt and realized I can’t craft any gear without chaos… this is just garbage design and not alt freindly at all
