Achievement BUG issue due to name change [Legion]

Hello, everyone and especially Moderators/Devs

Reason why I post my issue here : I already contact contact support, achievements and quests departement but they can’t help me and fixe my achievement issue :expressionless:

Thanks for providing the additional details and the link to your character’s achievements. I understand how frustrating it can be to have your achievements not show up correctly, especially after putting in so much effort.

Given that you’ve completed all the necessary steps, including the Mythic dungeon achievements and the Balance of Power questline, it seems like the issue might be related to the character name change from Anzhela to Gabriela. This can sometimes cause the achievement tracker to get a bit confused.

Since you’ve already tried a UI reset and it didn’t work, it might be a deeper issue that needs further investigation. Unfortunately, we cannot manually validate achievements, but reporting this on the Bug Report Forum can help our team address it. Why send an in-game bug report? Because it goes directly to our dedicated devs who can start working on it right away.

While you might not get a personal reply or mention, trust me when I tell you that your report gets seen and reviewed by our dev team. They check out all the reports from players like you to fix things up for everyone.

I wanted to have this achievement completed

I ve done everything in my main character “Gabriela” but she was called Anzhela before the rename service I used months ago.

I ve done everything but I think one or more steps were done with the “Anzhela” name I guess and know I ve done the last step with the new name the game doesnt want to give me the achievement…

You can see on this picture that I ve done everything but the “meta” achievement is not validated…

ex name : Anzhela-Hyjal (now is my paladin)
actual name : Gabriela-Hyjal (my main character priest)

I hope Devs can help me and resolve and fix my issue and provide me a better help than the support team…

You can add a free US license and level a toon to 10 to post there.

I’m not sure the US devs can fix something on a EU account… but maybe I’m wrong

sending message bug report in game in a EU account and post a message in US forum bug report?

All devs are based in the US.

You can do either, it will go to the same place.
