Achievement Dredger Style

I am trying to complete the achievement “Dredger Style” and need to purchase “Phial of Black Muck Dye” from Ta’tru. The NPC offers the item but when trying to purchase it, the item is marked red and I get the message “Item is locked”. It also says: You or your dredger already have this item. But in the achievement, i dont have progress towards this item.
I searched on wowhead and followed the tipps.

  • I have the necessary currency
  • I have selected the venthyr covenant
  • I have the pet “Dredger Butler” unlocked
    I still cant purchase it :frowning:

Any help is appreciated

Solved.

You have to get the blue muck dye first from the quest
dredging up a new look
