I have an issue with my account and although i open a ticket they didnt help me with it.
On my account i have obtain 122 mounts. When i check my achievement “Collections > Mounts > Leading the cavalry” it shows it correctly completed. BUT the next achievement “Mountains o’ Mounts” it shows 0/100 instead of being completed as well (or at least almost completed). I dont have any addons activated on my account. Can you please help me on what it could be the problem and how to fix it?
Also, a second issue i face is that although my character is in a guild (under name it shows guild name, tabard shows guild emblem, i can open guild bank), when i press J to open Guild and communities it shows me there that i am not in a guild and gives the option to find one. Its clearly something wrong with my account.
P.S i didnt play wow since Wrath of the Lich King and just yesterday paid a new subscription
There are very few people in your guild, has the guild master logged on at all recently? I just wonder if the guild has been inactive a long time and someone else has petitioned to take the guild name, but as the guild leader had not logged on, he had not been able to take a new name? Is that a possibility?
As for the mount issue, have you tried toggling collected mounts on and off again in the collections panel to see if it updates the count?
About guild issue the Guild leader didnt logged in for long time so maybe thats the issue. About mount issue, how to do so? How to remove a mount from collection and add it back again?
I did that. Nothing changed. In my collection i can see properly all the mounts, and also on top of the collection writes Total mounts: 122. But the achievement shows 0/100
From looking into it as long as you keep earning mounts when the next mount achievement dings it should “correct” itself, but you will need to manually count your mounts for now.
There are a few websites that can help with tracking, and even Addons, should you wish to know more you can ask collector’s ingame what they’re using to monitor their collections.
ok ill try aquire a new mount to see if the counter start working then.
Talking about mounts and achievements i would like to ask something…
I want to move my character to another battle.net account. As i understood if i do so, ill lose all the mounts i aquire on this account since are account-bound, and my character will have only the mounts that i aquired in the account ill move him right?
What is happening with the following mount categories:
Mounts aquired from reputations.
For example the “Green Riding Nether Ray” aquired from Sha’tari Skyguard - Exalted, i will lose on transfer, but ill still have the exalted with this function so i can go buy it again on the new account?
Mounts i aquired by paying specific kind of currency. For example from Icecrown by paying Champion’s Seal outside the Trial of the Crusader, ill have to gather Champion’s Seal and go buy them again?
Mounts aquired from achievements. Ill lose the mounts forever although ill still have the achievement?
