Achievement not earned on MoP: Remix, unable to benefit for another character

Hello, I have problem with my character in WoW MoP: Remix. I haven’t recieved my Infinite power VIII achievement and skiped from VII straight to Infinite Power XI. My next character would’t recieve full benefit from this achievments with higher XP, because it’s not available anymore for my main. Character I was playing is Bobereq (Burning Legion EU).
