So i know that achievements are account wide - or most of them anyway. But i was wondering if achievements can be completed in a 2 or 3 character thing. For instance i have a mage and i finished almost everything in the glory of the icecrown raider. But theres that green dragon that you have to heal and obviously i cant. If i make a priest and heal the dragon will i get the achievement? (since ive done the other ones on the mage?). Also if lets say i got the achievement, is the achievement mount account wide? Thats with the singular achievement, now lets talk things like : pathfinders. If i do all the quests on a character, all the explorations on another and all the reps on yet another one, all in the same account, do i get the achievement? And the most burning question i have, the achievement where u have to get 100 reputations to exalted, can i get 20 reps on a char and 80 on another? - assuming they are all different factions? TY in advance!
I’m not 100% sure on the specifics of that one, but if I recall correctly, you only need to be in the group that satisifes the requirement. You don’t have to be the healer.
Assuming its Valithria Dreamwalker you’re talking about 
I was a tank when our guild raided that originally, I never healed that encounter and I have the achievement so if you bring a healer along you should be fine I think.
Have you tried using Bandages from Tailoring to heal VDW?
Edit to mention the Crucible of Flame can heal targets.
Some achievements can be done with multiple characters (Keystone Master comes to mind). But in general most achievements require you to meet the requirements on a single character.
I don’t know about all of the achievements you listed but the ICC one with Valithria can be easily done currently just by equipping the Flame essence as a major essence in your Heart of Azeroth and heal the dragon with that.

Use a bandage gun or bandages.
Some achievements are considered metas where you can do various steps on separate characters, you can tell if this is possible by hovering over the the achievement score section of the achievement itself:-

would bandages heal obscene amounts of dmg since im higher lvl than syndragosa or should i get 2milion bandages first?
Probably one will do, but maximum a few. My Spirit beast heals it with one tick of Spirit heal.
Never knew you could heal VDW with the crucible of flame essence- will do that tonight to see how it goes…

No, but i would assume it still works and if it doesnt its clearly an overlook by blizz and needs a ticket. Someone should try, but it used to be one tick of any healing.
I was curious how the prepatch impacted it. In the past I’ve found it very easy to solo although I am a class with sufficient offhealing.
