Hello! So today I complete the achievement “Underbelly Tycoon” and I didn’t get the “RatStallion” mount! I’m a trial account, and mby bc I cant access the mail box… Can I do something to unlock him in game? Does anyone know what the problem might be?

After you get the achievement you´ll receive the mount by mail.
So that makes sense. If you can’t get to the mail, you can’t collect it.
I don’t have any suggestions, though.

I can only suggest opening a ticket and asking for a free day or two or for them to move it from the mailbox to your bags, be careful not to level if they give you a free day or two.
Normally they wouldn’t move anything but since it’s a mount they might.
