Achievements don't show up in "middle" of the screen when earned only in the chat

Achievements don’t show up in “middle” of the screen when earned only in the chat.
The question is: How can i turn it back to see it again in the “low middle” screen when i earning achievements with my main character?

The worst part is, guild achivements still pop up in the middle of the screen
