As the thread name suggest it is about the achievement for the title “Herald of the Titans”.
Me and my folks attempted said achievement yesterday and succeded in defeating Algalon with everyone being level 30 and max ilvl for an item being 107.
The achievement did not trigger though, so we are trying to find out what the problem might be or if it is a bug on the side of the game itself. (like alliance slayer for example which did not trigger after completion of the quest)
Every post about the achievement suggest that, heirlooms for example are possible to use as long as they are below 107 / or whatever the than existing ilvl was.
Every raider logged out with the equip they had at the time of the kill and yes the paladin did not have any rings equiped (fresh 30).
For evaluation of our gear:
I already asked GMs without any luck, they evaluated our gear as well and did not find anything wrong with it.
So before we attempt it again (this time without heirlooms) it would just be nice to know if it is bugged / or somthing else is amiss.
