have over the conquest needed and doesnt work

We’ve had more reports of this and identified a few situations where previously earned conquest points from before the changes outlined here were not always counted correctly.
A hotfix is on the way though, which would include retroactive credit for anyone who already met the requirements as well.
How do we know it counts or not, when you track the quest it does not show the amount collected. I have over 2.5k conquest ( second character ) and I don’t receive the mail with tokens on this one but I did get it on my main.
2553 conquest earned, not getting completion…
2594 conquest still no achiev
2560 conquest no achievement yet …
Can we please get an update?.. so many bugs and so little communication. your @here is great but that was for reset 3days ago and this is still an issue. This is getting very frustrating!

every update that’s been provided about bugs and hotfixes has been shady… no concrete times not even confidence when you guys post it. Please provide updates asap about bugs.
Just to make this clear, it’s not a salty comment it’s just frustration with the amount of bugs and how long things take to receive proper feedback/fixes as many of these bugs provide unfair advantage in rated content/economy/classes(specs) and there will be no compensation provided and that does leave a bad taste in my opinion. These things should’ve been dealt with in alpha/beta.
I earned 2548 conquest and there still no achievment. 3 days from mass reports, where is fix blizzard?
For one of my characters, the Achievement “Forged Weapons of Conquest” (the Achievement that is supposed to give tokens for PvP weapons) does not trigger, even though the character has over 2.5k conquest earned this season. I can’t even buy the weapons for conquest if I want to without the achievement. So this character is now completely borked for the foreseeable future.
So far, nothing out of the ordinary, just good ol’ Indy Company Blizzard, I guess.
But here’s the kicker:
When I tried to create a ticket I was shown a “support” page that pretty bluntly told me to shove off.
I quote:
“We have received several reports of this issue and can confirm it is not working as intended. Customer Support does not have a workaround or resolution that can be provided.”
Blizzard, have you completely lost your mind now?
Until that bug is fixed, probably a month before the next expansion, if at all, knowing Blizzard, this character cannot get his ilvl 639 weapons now?!
And Support won’t lift a finger?
Well, they obviously lifted one specific finger with that “support” page…
Everyone else: You break it, you fix it.
Blizzard: We broke it, now pay us and shove off.
This should be fixed since late last night. Thanks for your patience while we worked on the issue and enjoy your new weapons!
Why is it not announced at bluetracker?.. Is there another site you update? I mean like one site with all updates and not 20 3th party sites we need to track ourselfs?

this gets put on bluetracker but for something progress related we have to check another website? Any site that provides an overview with all the sites blizzard is using to provide updates? some kind of guide…?
