I have been drooling over Judgement Armor (paladin tier 2 raid set) since vanilla days - the looks, not the stats. I assume it’s way too much work to get the set in WoW Classic. So, I was wondering if it is possible to somehow solo the dungeons and bosses that drop the items in retail using my 120 warlock and then use the transmog on my pala for the looks?
I am primarily interested in the helmet, shoulders and chest. But if I also could get gloves and belt, that would be bonus.
You can very easily solo MC, Onyxia and BWL at lvl 120 even with green gear. But, you won’t get the transmog using your warlock. Need to be a paladin who loots the item or they won’t register.
He asked if it is possible to aquire it with his warlock.
The answer to that is: no
You have to get in there with a class that can equip that type of armor in case of older sets often the specific class the armor is made for.
But like Zathina said, you can easily solo it with any character above a certain level. maybe over 70 or 80, you dont have to be 120.
/sorry for taking do much time while typing and missing a lot of the new replys
It’s not that much work to get it in Classic, btw. BWL is not difficult and min-maxing Paladins will be passing on the set for off-tier pieces with better healing stats.
I would advise going for it, the end result will be much more satisfying. Also Vanilla gear in modern BFA character models looks really goofy and out of place, in my opinion.
They should definitely upgrade the older armor sets, like they did with TBC’s tier 6 set in Legion…
