So on my layout, I have my 6 Action Bar above my main bar for my buffs.
I’ve saved the layout months ago so I always have it.
But recently, since the update, everytime I log onto a character, it keeps moving that bar to the top left of my HUD.
When I go into the edit, either I move it back, or I switch between other layouts and that one to fix it, but everytime I log out and log back in, it goes back to the corner again.
Why does it keep doing this? How do I fix it?

Seriously though, this is most likely because it us unable to save the updated positions, so when you relog, they reset to defaults.
As the files are saved on your PC, you will need to check file permissions, and make sure that they aren’t set to ARCHIVE or READ ONLY.
Archive attribute doesn’t affect if the write can be read or written. It is mostly historical attribute used to determine if the file has been backed up (archived) or not. Every time program changes the file attribute is set (if not already set). The user can then use a backup program to copy all files with the attribute set and clear it so the next time only modified files are copied.
In a modern OS it is more important to check the overall file permissions - though assuming addon settings are saved properly problem is likely somewhere else.
In some cases I have seen similar problems when WoW is installed under Program Files.
This doesn’t really explain how to fix it.
I have never changed the file permission to read only. I havn’t touched any of the files in WoW’s dir.
I haven’t touched WoW’s dir since I’ve installed the game. Its been in the same drive and Program Files for 6 years.
Its only done this recently, after the update.
