Action bar layout over multiple alts

i have a LOT of alts. is there any way (without addons if possible) to be able to copy the same layout on action bars for every toon of that class.

eg. all my warriors have:
1 - charge
2 - taunt
3 - excecute

etc etc. and also for this to copy through specs.
3 on prot = sheild slam, 3 on arms = mortal blow

Copying ui and keybinds

AFAIK you can’t easly copy how abilities are layed out on action bars. It seems to be stored server side. You can copy other stuff like macros, keybinds, ui settings, addon settings, chat settings. It is all stored in WTF folde. There you go into Account folder and you should have folder with some numbers in it’s name(unless you play on multiple accounts it should be only one). yeah I get it
s (shift) - 4 is always interup
s - 5 is always speed movement
r is always CC
f is always big CD

I got 3 bars in full use, 1 to =, shift + 1 to shift + =, qerfgv and shift qerfgv

Z opens an OPie circle bar (addon) at my mouse which has all my mounts and hearthstones and other teleport abilities and items on.

Ah yeah I forgot, mmo mouse with numpad on the thumbside (Logitech g600) been using it for so long I forget easily its not a standard thing for people to have.

Get Myslot addon, you can save everything there and import on alts.

I open up my character and a Notepad window and I write down the order of the spells and then recreate it manually on my alt.

I wish there was an Export Layout similar to how we can Export Talents. Would be great.

I do screenshots for every spec so I have a visual guide how to put spells on other character of the same class.
