Action Bar , Macro or group spell

Hello, its possible to make custom group of spells for action bar without any addons ?

For example Rogue --> Poisons is spell what after clicking will reveale more spells.

In this case, is possible make custom Group as Poisons and make custom spells,commands,pets,mounts etc. in roll up window ?
