Hi,
I noticed today that when I change my spec my abilites are missing from my action bars, anyone else have this issue? I checked other characters and they are all fine it is only happening to my lock.
Each Talent Loadout can use different action bar setup. If you want to use the same action bar configuration for each of your builds/talents, make sure to go to all your specific talent loadouts, click the Loadout Settings button (From the loadout dropdown list there is a button on the right side of each loadout) and tick the option “Use Shared Action Bars” for each loadout. That way you can have the same Action Bar layout/setup for all your talent builds. However, for each spec (Demo,Destro,Affliction) you have different Shared Action Bar settings, so you need to setup your action bars for each spec and its talent loadouts seperately.
I had that happen at many chars over the past months at random times. It really sucks and i did not found any solution 
I got in a dungeon last week and bam, empty action bars with my warrior.
Do you still have this problems? Bump any help I still have this issue just on my lock
