TBC is no more. I try to return to Vanilla Classic. My characters there are grey-colored and each has a button [Activate Clone] with a remark: “The shop is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.”
Did I lost my characters or should I wait some time and “try again later”?
Parental control is configured in the account and shop is allowed.
If you never chose an Era for your clone, then it has been automatically activated on TBCC, now WOTLK Era servers therefore disabling the Classic clone.
All clones will be set to be purged asap as the service is discontinued since July 26, 2022.
Ok so if my chars have been automatically activated on TBCC, where are they now? I should find them in WOTLK Servers now right?
But I can’t see them there.
Depends from which server your previous toons were on this list:
Create a level 1 dummy toon to refresh the server list and see if they’ve arrived yet, otehrwise they may be delayed.
