I paid for game time and subscription to wow classic and wow burning crusade…yet when I log in to both of these I am told active game time is required. I am then told I need to add this to my games in my account but wow classic and wow burning crusade are not shown on my account so how do I add game time to them?
You buy it from an official source or buy a subscription. You cannot buy a classic subscription on it’s own.
Where did you buy your gametime from as some places give you the code then get their money back and the code is invalidated.
I bought my game time and subscriptions from Blizzard…I had both games eu on my pc and have already played them but my son deleted them when he could no get on not realising I was playing them.
Make sure you’re trying to login the right account, and also the right game license. For example if you’ve added time to WoW1, you can also only login at the dropdown box to the WoW1 Classic games.
I can not find wow classic or burning crusade dropdowns…that is the problem.
What do you have on the left hand side at the bottom of the launcher? Under where it says “GAME VERSION & ACCOUNT”.
I have classic and burning crusade but these are for the us servers…I joined these because I could not access my eu/uk versions.
It doesn’t matter which version you install, but if you only have US then change your account just above the play button from the one with (US) at the end to the one you use with (EU) on the end.
You are trying to log into the wrong Warcraft account.
That is the problem…I do not have classic or burning crusade eu displayed here 
No, not that box, the box BELOW that one. Not the one that shows what games you have installed, the box that shows you which ACCOUNT you are trying to play. It does not say Burning Crusade or Classic it says “WoW” then a number then “(EU)”
Thank you for your patience. I have ’ wow1 eu 'which gives me Burning Crusade but no wow eu for wow classic.
They should both be on “WoW1 (EU)”. When you click on the box that says “Burning Crusade Classic” on my image, what does it have? A big list should come up, Mine has 6 items in the list.
