Activision-Blizzard wowdevs, please listen well

Why don’t we(X-Gen) want to play WOW anymore? Answer is simple: We want to have fun, right? Some of Y-Gen can be happy but I don’t think many Z-Gen plays WOW.
Sorry to say that I don’t have fun with your PVP matchmaking system anymore, you already screwed up with PVP and you don’t listen community.
You try to change something but you just think to have more subscriptions and keep existing at least. You will continue to loose a lot of subscriptions as you’re loosing your competitions day by day. One day you will bankrupt or activation-blizzard will be bought by another company.
Please watch below PVP match, criticize your PVP matchmaking system including class designs and respond back how one class can win against two other classes?
2v1 PVP Match(Paladin wins against SP and Shaman)

Mate I understand your anger but you can’t always blame everything and everyone else.

  1. You have bad set up UI for PvP, considering your skill
  2. You have high ping
  3. You are clicking
  4. It’s a skirmish, there is no matchmaking
  5. The outcome of this match has barely anything to do with the ret’s current state

If you want to play in a competitive environment, then you have to understand that specific requirements have to be met. Such as getting knowledge about classes, tactics, setting up UI, etc…
If you do not wish to put in the required effort, you should not participate in competitive aspects of the game.

I have a clip somewhere winning a skirmish 1vs3, it literally doesn’t mean anything.

Btw are you really 42+?

You’re right about the things you mentioned above, UI is lacking needed information, clicking and generally playing poorly around what other classes can do, Ret in this example and it was basically PvE in an area until someone died.

Mr OP, when a Ret uses wings you spamming dmg continuously into it while he’s hitting your Shaman is not going to help, he is not going to die because of WoG and wings. If anything its going to make it worse, you are letting him dump all of his wings dmg into your Shaman for free. It’s not just the Shamans job to survive everything on his own, you as an SP have many many tools there to stop that wings dmg. For example, when he used wings and chased your Shaman around hes out in the open alot, you could Mind Control him, if he trinkets, re cast and DR Mind Control him, then walk him towards you and fear him, if he bubbles Mass Dispel it and Silence him etc, you have all of the tools to stop him. You accomplish quite alot just by doing that, you run the clock down on wings somewhat, you get him to maybe waste a trinket or bubble, which is a win for you. You also potentially let your healer save his defensive cool downs.

You didn’t lose that 1v2 because of Blizzard, class design or balance. You lost that game because you didn’t peel the Ret off your healer once or try to shut down his dmg, you just PvE’d into him. The only time you even used your fear was after your Shaman died and he was hitting you. Also you Shaman decided to not use his Ghost wolf towards the end to kite away from the Ret around a pillar and tanked the dmg until he died. Then you killed yourself by using ALL of your dmg into his Shield of Vengeance which exploded and kill you. Then you got upset and the game because it couldn’t possibly be your fault.

I understood that I should retire from playing Warcraft games.
Sure, I will cancel my subscription.

1x 1550 achievement from 2013, in only one ladder.

There’s really nothing else to say.

Ah yes. Only “gen-z” likes to have fun

Good luck mate, thank you for sharing your gameplay.
Even tho you didn’t get the response you wished for, this is a great example when many other people blame X while pretending they made no mistakes.

I do not mean it in a bad way or trying to bash you, I genuinely mean you presented the forum a great example regarding some issues many people are experiencing and not understanding.

okay nothing against you but why was that car honk so close at the end?? are you living on the streets? please tell me im curious now

Yes, you’re right.
Car honk

What I meant is Z-Gen prefers to play mobile games more than PC games such as PUBG and Mobile Legends(Honor of Kings-王者荣耀)

My prediction is PC Game platform will be obsolete in 20 years. Z-Gen and Y-Gen are ready for this transition, personally I’m not as X-Gen.

What about the other generations? Are you somehow implying they don’t want to have fun, or?

You cannot possibly be serious if you are blaming that on Ret. You barely use half of your stuff, and almost all of the stuff you used were randomly thrown in at horrible timing. I think it would do you some good to watch some PvP streamers, or start thinking about the feedback that some posters above have already given you.

I don’t understand. What are you trying to do here? You opened a thread which was aimed towards the devs, you proceeded to whine/QQ about a spec, and now you take this prophet stance of telling us all what’s going to happen in the next 20 years.

If something, then we get VR. Its unlikely ppl would be willing to go from big screens and constantly upgrading visual quality and experience to something as garbage as mobile games. We are not chinese. Its obvious out there that when they spend hours and hours in trains due to work commution, they prefer mobiles, but there is no way our western world will go backwards to almost gameboy tier gameplay.
And to your video, man, I thought you are trolling. You said you are about to retire from the game, but you play it like a player that is new to pc games. Im sorry, but while blizzard screwed everything in the past few years, your bad experience isnt their fault. Im honestly surprised you got this “far” in the game with clicking everything.

What? Worst prediction Ive seen since I was told the world was going to end in 2000. In saying that, considering you click every spell I would say you are pretty much prepared for a mobile gaming experience.

Let’s see what technologies we will have in 20 years including Neuralink and quantum mechanics then we will not need to click anything and we will not have physical motion bottlenecks.
No offense, this is my prediction as B.Sc.E.E.

Everyone has a degree nowadays :stuck_out_tongue:

As for the game, well you both probably played badly and rets have not too bad healing. You also click all your spells, which is generally slow and pretty bad in general. I won a 3v1 in Bfa so yea skirmish doesn’t mean much.

Actually I am pretty sure there been Asian guys at one of the first WoW PvP tournaments who didn’t use their mouse at all, so technically we didn’t need to click at all for decades already

Isn’t It more convenient to play like as Chinese Gameplay?

because you obviously lack basic understanding of wow pvp and your mate has 24k hp.
In addition to that you are clicking your spells in 2021.

I wont even start with your UI, or when you are using cooldowns, the fact that you are not venthyr etc.

this is the right answer.

Arena is an competetive environment. You cant expect to put zero effort in learning the game and have good results.

There is actually nothing blizzard could do other than letting you fight against Bots or something.

Considering you made your prediction that people would be going to mobile games over PC platform, this has nothing to do with neural tech.

Also, using the fact you have a degree as some sort of backing to your insane claim is just silly.

“I have a degree, therefore what I say is correct” Lol k.

Actually Blizzard could go much further in creating educational content. For example, if they’d purchase skill-capped and pay to keep that going but offer the content for free to players (basically to reinvest part of their earnings into furthering interest in the PvP content itself and to bring up the average satisfaction of players that way), they’d basically be paying the top players in the game to keep creating educational content for players to learn how to PvP better.
Or they could launch the same functions but under the Blizzard name with some sort of way to entice players to create similar content but under the Blizzard name instead of for skill-capped (although Blizzard would basically be competing against an actual salary, so that’d be pretty hard to pull off). Bottomline is that they could do a lot more to help provide educational content for the “average players”, instead of letting players learn on their own through a “trial by fire” as it’s called.

Honestly, trying to profit IRL by locking educational content behind a pay wall isn’t so great for the PvP scene.

(To be clear, I have never paid for skill-capped, but I do admire the work they’re putting into it. I just wish it’d be available to everyone without needing to pay for it.)
