Add an autodetection for wintrading for solo shuffle

Or stop people who have played with each other for an extended period of time from being queued into the same solo shuffle.

How do you do an ‘auto detection’ for ‘win trading’?

Oh, I don’t know.

A DK standing AFK in the spawn while facing the opposite teams healer and then playing when he’s on his team. Surely that’s pretty detectable.

What if he needed to go to the toilet? Had a phone call? Couldn’t be at his computer during the match? His game crashed?

On all 3 rounds?

Unlikely. Very unlikely.

Been having rough solo shuffle sessions buddy?

More like they should get rid of win traders.

6 games, 3 people standing AFK in the starting room when they’re on my team, all 3 rounds and then playing when on the opposite team.

They need to ban them.

Doesn’t help that the queue was getting spam declined right before they started as well. YEAH, SURELY THEY’RE NOT WIN TRADING. TOTALLY NOT TRYING TO GET INTO THE SAME SOLO SHUFFLE.

Wouldn’t surprise me if you said something that annoyed them and they just wanted to grief you :man_shrugging:

Then they should be banned as well.

Yeah and open a gateway into reporting every single person that you think threw your games in the hope they get banned because ‘tHeY gRiEfEd mE’

You’re clearly frustrated that you’ve had a rough queue session. Close the tabs and the game, take a deep breath, bust one out, have a walk and queue again

What is happening in this thread? …oh God no.

This is a problem in all of Blizzard’s PVP games. This is not even just restricted to solo shuffle. It’s a problem in OW as well. Same in BGs in hearthstone.

It’s literally every PvP game they have. They need to start cracking down on those people. Hard.

Except they would have to prove the intention of the player to ‘grief’ and to ‘sabotage’, i.e. them explicitly saying ‘I’m going to do nothing’, ‘let them kill me’, etc etc etc. People aren’t going to get banned because they died in the first stun without pressing CD’s, whether you like it or not.

They need to crack down harder on them.

This is what not cracking down on it leads to and this was just one person that garnered enough attention for them to act on it, because it was a streamer shining light on a griefer.

To quote:

Now Blizzard’s announced that it has banned the griefer, but only after discovering that they were using multiple accounts and “systematically ruining Overwatch games for thousands of players.”

a Blizzard rep said that this griefer is “one of the worst offenders we have come across”

They are clearly not doing enough, that’s one player among the thousands and if it requires a streamer to shine light on it for them to act when they’re the worst offender they’ve come across, their systems clearly need some serious working on.

This is a problem in all of their games. Yes, all of them.

On that matter, you can’t even report people for gameplay sabotage in solo shuffle, which is a joke.

Crack down harder on people who are bad or make a mistake?

Show me something like that happening in WoW arenas, please. Since you know, you are complaining in a WoW arena forum and the only thing you have to back up your claims are weak allegations in random solo shuffle games in a prepatch off season where for some reason you’re frustrated that you’re losing. WoW wintraders do get punished, they receive bans and their titles are revoked.

I’d be reporting in every other game if my grounds for complaining was ‘well they didn’t press any defensives when I played with them but then they did when I was against them’.

You could pre pre-patch. Maybe they removed it because too many frustrated losers were spamming it every time they thought someone was griefing them when all they did was simply misplay?

If they bother you that much, open a ticket.

Yeah, no.

I commented on it and found it weird that I can report people in the world but not people that are AFKing in solo shuffle.

You straight up can’t report people that are griefing in solo shuffle and you couldn’t before the prepatch either.

Yes you could, because I reported people in Solo Shuffle myself MULTIPLE times for sabotage. You obviously weren’t reporting them DURING the game.

I’ve jumped in SS just for you and oh look, I can report enemies AND my teammates.

No gameplay sabotage option available.

Maybe your spaceship UI is bugging the UI out or something because I’m having zero problems reporting people in Solo Shuffle

Nope.

No difference when I turn it off.
