Can we add an option to avoid queueing with players we don’t like? (or perhaps it already exists?) I repeatedly hit the same aggressively toxic player. I don’t want to play with them, but I don’t want to leave and let the other 4 ppl down. On the other hand, the toxic people could go ahead and ignore the players they don’t want to play with. It’s a win-win!

Such a system would get abused like crazy.
Especially on higher ratings, people would use it to avoid enemy specs which reduce their chances to win. For example melees with mages, locks with ww, dk with warrior and so on.
This and also at the top you could chose to never q with whaaz or any other great player to avoid Los. (they all have btag and with stream you could just check who is Qing before you q and chose to ban to avoid).
Yes please, I have a strong dislike for every single person that happens to play a Feral Druid and I would like to never play with or against them again in shuffle lobbies!
And week after complain about the queue times xD

you kinda give the vibes of the warrior player who leaps at the start and gets 1 shot without pressing any buttons and then messages healer “healz”. And then proceed to report him when healer says dont line me or press buttons
