Add more slots to the ignore list

There are so many toxic players out there! I like to ignore them all, please increase the numbers of how many players you can ignore.

This has been a request of so many people, but I suspect its not a simple case of #define IGNORELIST 100;

I suspect its related to database space and having to make significant changes to the databases, which might have unforseen consequences.

However there are addons that address this issue, and give you a longer ignore list in other ways.
