Add [Mote of a Broken Time] rewards or make them account bound

its pretty bad that when you dont need gear you cant do anything with them besides turning in and shredding them into sand , why not just add an mote to IP vendor or just make them account bound for alts

I hoped infinite power could account-wide for all alt’s weapons in Lemix.
Since infinite knowledge had only account-wide.

But yeah would nice mote send for alts. If chara had 740ilvl max.

I’d rather we’d get a chance for motes from grinding gear.
