Add please target of target on nameplates in default UI

Hi Blizzard, I would love to play without addons, but right now it’s still very annoying to tank without plater-addon. Default will probably always be a bit worse, but in order to close the gap, I wanna suggest to add the following to nameplates settings:

  • Target of target on casting nameplates is required for warriors to press spell reflect properly, else it’s pretty much impossible to do it reliably, so that should definitely be added to default UI somehow.
  • Threat on Nameplates based on colour (green = non-attack, yellow = almost no threat, red = threat)
  • Customizable nameplates, i.e. let us change opacity, size, and colour in the settings.
  • Give casters a slight different nameplate colour by default, i.e. turn the colour of the edge of the nameplate purple on all interruptable caster mobs.

I think this together with the current settings and the additions in the next patch are all I’d need to tank with default UI.

Main thing default nameplates need:

  • HP numbers
  • HP percentage
  • (de)buff filter
  • ability to show if there’s a (de)buff you can interact with based on your current talents/available spells
  • ability to show CCs separately from normal debuffs
  • make it possible to either automatically or manually change the color of the healthbar, which is the only way I can distinguish healthbars from eachother in M+
  • do something about the poorly visible monster name text, give it a shadow or something, and integrate the aggro status into the name color
  • add effects to the castbar based on what kind of spell is being cast, just like plater does, otherwise it’s near impossible to react as fast as we have to because reading the text while also being cut off with “…” is just way more effort than needed
  • cast target
