I know right?! There are so many cool emotes that we can see the NPCs have access to, but we can’t use 
And look at the fortune that FFXIV is making off emotes, I have at least spent 50-60€ on emotes myself… 4€ to wave a freaking Glowstick

I will LITERALLY throw my money at them if I can have Void Elf Character Customization in the Shop!!! Hairstyles, eye colours, jewellery, tattoos, voidy hair effects with shiny cosmic hair at the ends…literally I’ll pay any price!
I may not care for a Brutosaur, but I sure as hell care for my Void elf’s looks and variety styles!!

Exactly, if Blizzard wants to make a fortune selling Store Items, without making their entire playerbase angry, they need to make sure the items are nothing more than Cosmetics.
People would gladly pay for Hairstyles, Hair Colors, Character Accesories.
Not to mention the massive untapped market, if they ever gave us player housing. Different housing styles, furniture, vendors, music, skyboxes.

I would gladly pay upwards of 20€ for a proper pair of wings, like the ones Blood-Queen Liandra has. Or the ones you get when using the Rogue Legendary Daggers
30€ if I could use them as a Flying mount!

No, that’s always been a base game feature. Not even Diablo Immortal sells you this. That’s not gonna happen. Diablo 4 does not have a sub, and they added new customization in the new dlc
To be fair, as an Undead with no access to Fascial Hair at all. Whenever I see a human with a great beard, I take 2d6 psychic damage 
Well, some people will spend thousands of $$ on Colored Rocks, Shoes, Watches, Coins, Stamps. What’s the difference that we want to spend money on our Hobby?
And it’s not like those Customizations just magically pop into existance because we want it. They still need to hire someone to Model it and Animated it.
