Add report option for keys: "unreasonable leaving"

Ruining keys is ruining keys no matter how you’re doing it.

Why should one way of ruining keys be accepted while another is not?

Do you know what I do when someone leaves my keys if I’ve made a group? I go again. I don’t go on the forum to demand that people be punished for not wanting to play with me or anyone else in the group any more.

I contribute the most usually atm, because I do keys below my skill level mostly (+20). I still see leavers, especially people who fail / get overwhelmed and tilt. It’s not rare to see mediocre/bad dps with 0 cc and low damage be mad at the healer for dying and then they ragequit. I very rarely see good players leave in a way that is unreasonable. Most good players, including me, have a lot of confidence and just carry groups, if the group is putting in reasonable effort. If I join a group, and they just die every 2nd pull, or if I’m lone survivor with the tank every boss, and we don’t time, I’ll probably leave. I’ll not leave though, just because people play worse than me. I know what is reasonable effort. I know I’ll usually contribute most to groups, if they are around the intended skill level at +20, and I don’t mind it at all. Even if someone fails hard, and the rest does fine, I’ll still try my best. I only leave, if I notice that completing or timing the key is not reasonable anymore.

Anyway, I think I said more than enough. I didn’t wanna boast or show off with this response, but just clarify that I’m not having the intentions that some people may think.

because one is in learning process which is part of the game the other one is just a jerk . you can get experienced players & check their logs etc. but you can’t filter people with their ratio of disbanding a key. with your logic we should ban every new player

:joy:

Imagine thinking this.

Low key levels are smashed by anyone with gear and right class/spec, not because of their skill. You’re not gonna see some balance druid doing a good amount of DPS in low keys because stuff die before they have ramped up.

How dare they not play a meta class???

No the question was directed towards you in general form, no further implications.
But if i’d have an unstable connection like that, either i’d tell up front, play with dependable friends or just don’t participate at all.
Difference of opinion i’d say.

If you think that’s rude, then the problem resides on your part.
You made an edgy statement on me as a person wanting to punish each and every player for having an unstable connection, now that was personal i’d say.

You took the part of my quote from that person out of context to suit your argument.

Then why do others have to pay the price for that?
Go and have an argument with your ISP or power utility company then instead?

No worries, and take care.

Yeah because calling somebody edgy and silly is normal isnt it.

You assumed

No i told you how there thought process works but you only like your view.

Told you not my connection…

Same to you

What’s the point in staying in a key that’s not timeable? There really is no point aside from wasting more time.

Don’t blame the player, blame the game. There’s no incentive to stay in a key that’s not timed, you don’t even keep the key progress if you complete it.
