Added authenticator - still can't edit groups

I added an authenticator to my account with my phone, I verified my phone number and I need the authenticator to log in the game and even on the forums now.
However I still can’t edit any groups I make in LFG and have the 4 extra bag slots locked.

Important to note that I have 2 game subs on the same account - one NA and one EU and my NA account has had its restrictions lifted (that’s my “main” account). However the EU account is still restricted.

Edit:
If I can’t use the authenticator for both regions, I would like to only use it for EU, since I don’t really play on NA really. But I live in Canada so I don’t have a EU phone number.
Surely it’s possible to secure an EU account while living abroad…

It didn’t, there are no GM’s on the forums.

The Blues are just community managers, and while they have access to some informations, only an actual GM can manipulate account related items.

It was probably just the servers synching up.

To add on to that - it generally takes up to 30 minutes after the security features are added to your account for the option to become available, and may take a game restart depending on what addons you’re running, as they can stop the in-game display updating properly.

You also need both an Authenticator and SMS number on your account for the option to show up, not just one or the other.
