There is an instances per hour limit and I think it’s account wide.
Multiple reports in guild and friends (Retail) of this happening currently.
Last I’ve seen this was 13 years ago. Could be too many people doing stuff in instances, too many bots, or just blizzard doing something in the background that limits the instance servers.
yup, getting unable to load instance (in open world content) and just now, world server is down.
who let the goblins loose on the servers…?
Same problem here when trying to enter dungeon or even take a portal.
