No one expect 1 intern is running this entire anni server. this wont be fixed.
Apparently it is only a problem on EU servers, so your first conclusion is 100% correct:

Any competent dev team would have at the very least acknowledged the issue and notify they’re working on a fix. Absolutely embarassing this keeps happening for almost 2 weeks now.

Okay, I get that being attacked before entering an instance is part of PvP servers, and they even warned about it multiple times when creating the character. But they definitely didn’t mention that you wouldn’t be able to get into a dungeon which entrance is camped by the opposing faction making you run 10mins each time it doesnt let you in. People has 1-2 hours a day to play, spending 1.5 hours just trying to get in.
