Addon causes wow crash

in the normal 8.3 raid its not and issue. on the first boss of heroic mode i suddenly get a huge data load that the client cant handle anymore and ending after some game freezes into a crash.

i have deleted all and kept only the necessary ones which are details, dbm healbot, tomtom, weakauras, world quest tracker, instant achievement tracker.

does anyone know which one can cause that (its only a problem in the heroic raid so far)?
