Addon for emotes

Hi all.
I do a lot of bgs and I want to be able to use some of the emotes. With /kiss, /love /thanks to be some examples.
Is there any addon that can help me pick one of those fast?

I usually use oPie for that. One keybind to pop up a ring with emotes, then wiggle the mouse a little to select the appropriate one, and done.

aha nice. And you use one for potions and one for emotes?

Yup! I also use oPie for hearthstones and other means of travel (zen pilgrimage, moonglade/dreamhaven teleport, flight master whistle, mechagon teleport, etc), for professions, and a bunch of other things. Basically, anything which I have quick access to, but isn’t worth a dedicated binding, goes into oPie.

How many emotes you have there? 2-3? or 10-15?

About 20, split into categories. So I have an Emote ring, in which I have a few of my most used emotes (2-3, like /wave, /shoo, /giggle), then I have some PvP emotes, healing emotes, tank emotes, RP emotes, etc. Some of those are custom /e, some are built-in stuff.

For example, at the start of an instance, when I switch from Brewmaster to Mistweaver on my monk, I’ll go Emoji -> RP emotes -> Healing hands (which is /e attaches her healing arms, Misty-001 and Moldy-003.; my monk’s a mechagnome). This is one key bind (Alt+E), then mouseover to the RP emotes sub-ring, and select the Healing Hand slice.

so you have more rings for other game aspects then right?

Mhm. I have… a whole lot of rings, some embeded in others.

Off the top of my head:

  • Travel ring with 3 subrings: Hearthstones, Flight whistle, Less frequent travel (wormholes, teleporters, garrison & legion dalaran HS)
  • Food ring: Spec-based buff food, mage food, buff-less backup food
  • Pot ring: Persisting stuff (augment runes, flasks), Health / Mana pot + Healthstone, Utility pots (lightfoot, invis), performance pots (damage pots, mostly)
  • Profession ring
  • Toy & Utilities ring: Utilities (Jeeves, Kathy, Postbox, BMAH), Fun stuff (Blingtron, Sliver of ny’alotha, Judgement of Mechagon, that kind of stuff), Transformation stuff (orb of deception, sin’dorei, etc)
  • Emotes (see above)
  • Markers: world & target markers, though I only really use world markers.

I think I have a couple more rings, but… these are the more frequently used ones, which I could remember. oPie is incredibly versatile =)
