Hey fellas,
Sometimes when I join new arena, I get this error message of addon has been blocked with two buttons “disable” or “ignore”. The name of the addon is not consistent all the time. Sometimes it’s weakauras sometimes omnibar. This happens when I press a key to cast a spell as the door opens.
Does anyone experience similar issue? Is it a pvp related thing? Is there any fix that I can do it myself?

It’s something that 's been a major issue with dragonflight. You can’t do much beyond disabling the specific addon that creates the issue. At least that’s in my case with the 3 addons that gave me such trouble
Pretty much everybody with addons gets it. Omnibar/Weakauras/Bigdebuffs always trigger it for me.
Just /reload as soon as you enter an arena and you won’t get it.

I have them, still bugs. Just do /reload ui
Unforch my computer is old and too slow, whenever I have to reload I’m dead already.
Just hope they will fix that ASAP that’s really annoying.
What I found that make it bug is using a preset during a shuffle for example then next game it bug. Same if I switch talent before entering in arena (hope it help).
Yes, it sometimes happen. Blizz never mentioned anything about it and I doubt they ever will. I dont think Ive ever had it in pve, so its probably a pvp issue, so dont expect it to be fixed anytime soon.
Do it in the starting area and in my experience it wont happen in the match
Didn’t know it was a widespread issue. I am disappointed that it’s not fixed yet as we are in season 2. It’s also very annoying that I get the error message of “your addon blah blah many errors”. It pops in the middle of the screen and you have to find the mouse cursor to close it while in the middle of light fest of spells.
It’s kinda weird to me, that you guys got issues with omnibar and weakaura, since I’m using both of them aswell and cannot report any.
It might be that you got some other addon, that I’m not using, which causes issues with these 2.
You can get the addons BugSack and Buggrabber. I use these to figure out what line of code inside the addon causes issues and then I can go about it from there. Now obviously, if you can’t code, you can’t do the same, but at least you could figure out the root of the problem and then decide whether that addon is necessary or not, so I’d recommend to start there.
I’ve been tempted to do that but I’m so lazy lately and cba looking up lua again. Although omnibar’s been having problems for so long maybe I should just try to fix it. Atm /reload ui in starting area seems to prevent any issues for me.
Pretty sure it’s not omnibat as it bug only on few of my char (happen on a priest and got like 3 in total 2 never bug) same with rogue BTW pretty weird.
I heard some put back bartender and it never bugged since (but I’m too lazy tbh as I deleted everything).
This problem still persists. I don’t understand why it is there. We are almost over DF. Wow!
