Addon manager that automatically loads different addons in different situations?

Hello, is there an addon manager (like the “Simple Addon manager” addon) that you can set to automatically load different addons/addon profiles in different situations (like in the “Load” tab in Weakaura where you can set up a WA to only load in dungeons for example)? (retail)

With Simple Addon manager it seems like you manually need to change profile.

From what I can tell you have to change “sets” manually, just like in Simple Addon manager. Can you get it to change sets automatically when entering a dungeon for example, if so, how?
