Addon that only show titan/Rich nodes?

So the price for low quality herbs/ore is pretty much trash. Making farming almost not worth the effort …

is there an addon that will block low quality nodes and mark up titan/rich nodes ?

Pretty sure there’s no addon. You can use gatherer + routes to set up a farming route. if you make a route and pick the ‘worthless nodes’ they will eventually respawn as something better. So, making a short route is you’re best option tbh.

I have found mini map alert to be pretty useful. You can give it keywords to look for on the map and it will flash the screen when something appears on your map. It’s not perfect, but still useful.

When mining I’d always gather regular Serevite/Draconium nodes as you still have a chance to get Khaz’gorite from them, which can make all the difference.

As for Herbing, I generally avoid normal Hochenblumes as they offer nothing beyond the herb itself, which is barely worth landing for unless you get a double finesse proc with gold level resources.
