As the title says I what an addon that does this is called.
Asmongold has an addon or something that plays short music when he gets an achievement and a sound also plays when he equips a new piece of gear that he didn’t have the transmog of.
Google suggests it’s part of All the Things addon.

sadly no. but i thought serveral times that it would be nice to have something that meows when my cooldowns are ready or when im low health or something.
I’m sure theres weakauras for that. Just upload a custom sound file.

It’s all the things making that sound ye. Rarity is also nice, takes a screenshot and tells you how many attempts whenever you get something rare.
I kinda wanna something that I can program to play custom sounds when CDs are back up
You can totaly make a WA for that. U can make a WA that meows every time u press spell xd

I have a wa that meows when my stormkeeper is off cooldown!
Well, next Monday is the international cat day(as I’m sure Twiluna will tell us), so we might make a compilation for the biggest cat lover as a present.
