The default highlight on certain spells when you get procs and such, is there an addon that would allow me to pick a spell and highlight it under certain conditions? Preferably not WeakAuras <_<’
For example I’d just like my Bilescourge Bombers to light up on my actionbar whenever I’m in combat and it’s available. Or Efflorescence whenever none is currently active. Very basic stuff.

It can definitely track a cooldown but it looks to still be several levels above the simplicity I’m ideally looking for. I’m not looking to add frames or anything, I’d just like the default spell icon to use the default highlight on the default actionbar, just in a way that lets me set the conditions for it to appear.
The existence of InterruptReminder suggests that this is possible, but I can’t for the life of me find it anywhere
Adibuttonauras can do it but you’ll need to write the rules.
