Addon To Move The Tooltip?

I used the ‘Move Anything’ addon to move the default tooltip frame away from the bottom right of my UI.
Move Anything has a number of issues since patch 9.0.1 though so does anyone know of a good addon to allow me to move the position of the default tooltip frame - i.e. the tooltip that displays when I mouse over a spell or ability for example.

I’m sure MoveAnything will get updated in the next couple days. That said there’s a fan update of TipTac available now:
