Is there an addon that I can tell it what M+ I am interested in and it will auto scan and apply for me? Eg I want to do king’s and shrine and temple - the addon will scan all those and try to fit it me in a group without me having to scan one at a time using the LFG tool?

no. you have to queue manually.

third party programs dont have access to the listed name, thus it cant scan for key levels.

dungeon finder dont work, you type +10 and you get all random numbers.
No you have to filter through the dozen boost ads to find the key you want.
Nope, unfortunately it is no longer possible for add-ons to do such a thing.
It used to be, and we had add-ons that more or less did as you describe, but like Schmusedecke already eluded to, all the most useful information about a group(listing) has since been protected, and thus isn’t available to add-ons anymore.
When you use a number (N) in the search bar, it automatically searches for N+1 and N-1 as well.
So searching for 10 will also search for 9 and 11.

while there is no addon that can queue for you, premade groups filter can help scan very effectively.
With it you can scan for say kr, sots and tos in the 15-17 range that need at least 1 dps and it will list all groups that fall under that, then you just have to queue them manually, hope that helps at least.
Dude this is the worst. Really wish i could search a range of keys. All i see are 15 ir 10+
There is no addon that can auto apply but there is an addon that can heavily filter dungeons by ones you only want to see:
