I log in to the game and the addon button wont show up, it worked fine earlier, just wont work right now.

Make sure that the addons are located in the correct folders, as this article shows!
For reference:
_retail_ folder -> Shadowlands
_classic_era_ -> WoW Classic
_classic_ -> Burning Crusade Classic

Tried to install in classic folder for Addons but still wont work, i just cant see the addon button in the character screen…
Generally this means that you’re installing the Addon folder incorrectly, this is normally the case. Make sure that it goes Addons//, if your location looks like Addons/// you simply need to to move it up a directory, so that the addon files are in the correct directory.
