I’ve tried googling but I haven’t found an answer - has there been any testing done on whether it procs on all forms of damage, or just some? Basically, is it worth using on non-tank leather users?

I’m not sure I want to invest a lot of knowledge points to max my skill with this craft + gold for the recipe if it’s only useful to tanks.
