Hello,

As of 11 hours ago i completed the “Necromancer’s Lair” adventure.
whenever i try to “complete” the adventure to get the reward it sendt me back to a uncompleted adventure.
Im loosing progress with my champions as i can’t send out any new ones.

As i complete the adventure i get to see the combat, i get the rewards and then it resets back to me not having rewards or the adventure completed.

See This . Please fix this so i can continue with my adventures, i’m loosing out on tons of progress.

Edit; Same issue with the Companion phone app.

Issue is still going on. 50+ Hours without progress and no response.

About 70 hours with this issue. still no response.

Hey,

There is a known issue with this adventure that our Developers are investigating, there is currently no workaround at this time.

For anything that you suspect might be bugged then please open a bug report, as this reports are sent to the people who investigate and work on resolving such.

Thank you for the reply. just knowing that someone is working on the issue is what i wanted. i’ll make sure to post it as a bug report.

Question; i can’t submit a report as it says i need a lvl 10 character as the bug reports forum are only available on us.forums.blizzard.com and not on eu.forums.blizzard.com is there no bug report forum for EU?
Noticed the same thing in game, i can’t submit reports as it sends me to the us forums.

There is no EU bug report forum but the ingame bug report goes to the same team. The exact location is in this image:
