Advice on tanking Necrotic affix

So i did a low key HoA necrotic like weeks ago on Tyrann and it was mostly fine, since it was low key, most of the mobs died down really fast.

But now at 211ilvl trying to do 12+ or 11+ or 13+ keys on necrotic affix it’s almost impossible to kite anything.

I did recently notice that blessing of spellwarding helps a bit, because you can atleast make sure to loose your stacks once every 3 minutes. But in between it’s horrendous.

80% of all mobs can’t even be slowed. The consecration speed reduction barely does anything. And so many mobs just jumps at you. So even if you use divine steed, all mobs catches up.
And if you do stuff like Necrotic Wake or plaguefall, the room to kite is so extremely small.
Even sanguine depths which i havn’t entered yet this week, i know will be a hell.

So anyone who has experience with this can give some pro tips?
Many pugs won’t really do much to help you. And just leave QQ if key fails.

Have you just moved server? I managed to find you on rio on Ravencrest, to check your covenant. Is that you?

Practical solutions:
Use your phial when you need to clear stacks. If you really struggle then spec Kleia, but that shouldn’t be essential. Have a bubble macro if you’re not speccing into Final Stand. For bosses if you have someone who can taunt have them run away and taunt then BoSac etc them while you clear. Make sure you have classes in your group who can help you kite, ie slows, stuns, RoP etc and tell them you want them to if they’re not.

This bubble macro is to pop it and remove it, if so could you tell me how the macro works? Cuz that would be very useful.

Press it once to cast (removing stacks), and a second time to cancel. You will need to taunt either during or afterwards. If you’re just tanking a single target you can throw a taunt in the macro too then wait a couple of seconds before cancelling.

Its a physical effect so Spellwarding doesnt work normal BoP is what you want for necrotic and nothing else. Bubble also works and if your Kyrian you got other ways to remove it aswell.

Also communicate with your damage dealers have them slow when you dont have anything to reset with.

Hm so weird, cuz i thought it didnt go up when i got hit. But you might be right on that.

Hard to communicate with pugs but i do have 1 boomie in my premade which i abuse the hell out of to help me lol.
Just joking but he helps alot with treants and stuff.
