Aeterna is a heroic raiding and M+ guild on Argent Dawn-EU looking to bolster our raiding team as well as adding new mythic plus players. If you are a player who seeks to progress through challenging content efficiently in a positive environment, we might be the guild for you!
About Us:
Aeterna was established with the goal of creating a semi-hardcore raiding environment that balances serious progression with a supportive and friendly atmosphere. We value dedication, teamwork, transparency, and continuous improvement, aiming to clear challenging content while maintaining a positive and inclusive community.
Our Goals:
- Raid Progression: We started TWW with clearing Normal Nerub’ar Palace and are now at 7/8 HC. We aim to get AOTC achievement this season with a possibility of moving onto mythic depending on how the core of the team feels, but we will maintain a ‘people before progress’ attitude as we get there.
- Raid Schedule: We will be raiding 4 hours a week.
Monday: 8 PM - 10 PM CET
Wednesday: 8 PM - 10 PM CET - Efficiency: We emphasize quality over quantity, making the most out of our raid times without extending hours or adding extra days.
What We Offer:
A structured and organized raiding environment for players that want to raid in a semi-hardcore guild with a serious but fun mentality.
We raid a strict 4-hour schedule and maintain a drama free environment with no toxicity by virtue of our open feedback policy. We never add an extra day, never “stay late if close to a kill”, have a “clean up day”. We might have an alt night (Sunday), but that would simply be for the enjoyment of having an alt and voluntary.
We have no cliques, no seniority, and as such hopefully no drama. Everyone is both encouraged and expected to provide each other with honest feedback and criticism. It will keep us all on our toes.
What We Expect:
- Commitment: Regular attendance and punctuality for raid times.
- Preparation: Know raid mechanics, work on optimizing your performance, and personal gear maintenance.
- Teamwork: Communicate effectively and contribute positively to the team.
- Patience: Understand that failure is a part of the process. Learning to have fun despite failure is what will keep us going.
- Be respectful: You could be god’s gift to raiding, but it means nothing to us if you are not a nice person to be around.
- Efficiency: A focus on maximizing performance within our structured raid schedule.
