the spec needs a burst AoE spell on a decent CD not 45 sec… it’s decent in ST imo but to be at the bottem of the list on AoE fights especially short fights is just an unsatisfying feeling

affliction is getting a burst aoe spell in shadowlands, yes, might wanna check wowhead
In short, Affliction is losing Deathbolt in PvE. It’ll now be a PvP talent and do a lot more damage.
Unstable Affliction will be free. Your shard spender will be Malefic Rapture, which deals damage based on the number of DoTs you have on your targets (and looks pretty dope).
Honestly, it’s looking really good.
