IMAGINE creating shuffle, and 1 person can afk for 4 rounds before the shuffle ends, so if you are unlucky and get that healer 3 times in a row you lose rating when their is absolutley nothing you can do to control if you get the afk person or not. IMAGINE being a billion dollar company and not have a fail safe for this. Good job blizzard for having hundreds of employees and never once this failsafe system does not cross your mind??

Thats why shuffle is bad.
Instead of giving us a normal 3vs3 solo que ( like every second private server already did) they are giving us solo shuffle.
If enough players gives suggestions instead of just complaining you might see it happen eventually.
It’s a “random” mode, if you are bothered by random aspect of it then maybe go play constructed arena.
Obviously shuffle has many flaws, not only what you describe here. That’s a payoff for having a rated pvp bracket where you can just hit “play” and play. Can’t have everything.
This one private servers’ soloque has same level of toxicity, if not even more, because private server players are special
People will still afk, specially healers with unreasonable high ego
