Against the Overwhelming Odds & War Mode Bonus forever in Alliance?

It’s been quite some time I’ve checked if Alliance engages more in War Mode. In own Alliance populated server the engagement is great enough, but on certain realms there might be different status with the Alliance-Horde ratio and this War Mode bonus is based on all servers combined how much certain faction plays world content with War Mode on. Because of this Alliance still keeps their engagement low profile and keeps their War Mode bonus and Against the Overwhelming Odds quest, which rewards player with 400 item level gear that’s extremely valuable on catching up for current end-game content.

If these have been available so many resets now, are these actually approached by players in Alliance side? Are we expected to see these bonuses only available for one faction during this whole patch/season or potentially whole expansion?

But I already got two level 120 characters on Horde, so I’m good for now keeping them there while this one goes through Alliance content.

Realm is not relevant in WM, we are on region wide faction balanced WM shards, except rpers are on separate WM shards from normal players. However, all WM shards can have noraml/rp players on them via groups. Therefore region wide faction balance is used to calculate outnumbered.

The situation will likely remain as has been these last few months, Alliance aoo up for a week or two every two or three weeks.

Judging by lack of complaints from Horde about being on overflow shards, aoo is doing its job.
