Hey, I have earned the Crusade title in the argent tournament grounds, done all faction reputation and argent crusade is exalted too but once i got the achievement i did not receive the extra dailies to unlock the quartermaster 
Same here, got, the last faction to exalted today, the achievement popped up, but neither the title nor access to the quartermaster or new dailies happened for me.
Same issue here. Made a Ticket and a Bug Report ingame.
Got a automated response, that told me to check the wowhead comments for a solution.

Yup, probably got the same reply. Also got told to disable my addons. Pretty sure addons do not interfere with getting achievement rewards but thanks for playing automated response.
Little updateâŚtitles seem to have been fixed. Can choose âCrusaderâ now. But still got no access to the Argent Tournament Quartermaster nor the daylies. Anyone else?
Same here, came back to classic couple days ago and transferred my characters from Earthshaker to Firemaw (no faction change, just free realm transfer).
Before the break i had champion status with all of the alliance factions and exalted rep with all but 2 of them (Darnassus and Gnomeregan). I wanted to get access to quartermaster since i already had some seals to spend so ive grinded rep for two remaining factions, got them to exalted and got the achivements + Crusader title.
Yet despite having the title as well as all pre-requisties i still cant access quartermaster nor new daily quests.
Made a ticket but got just automated response saying something like âlolol check wowheadâ and ârofl just disable addonsâ.
Anyone got any luck fixing this?
Okay, so itâs not just me with the issue then⌠not glad to hear itâs an issue in the first place, but glad itâs not just me and hopefully is a known issue to the classic devs.
I have a theory that itâs because maybe we got the achievement after cata pre patch launched, so itâs locked behind the gilneas rep now? Iâm currently half way to revered, so I shall update once I get to exalted.
EDIT: Just finished my rep farm, didnât fix it, so itâs not the gilneas rep being introduced

Have Title, Achievement and no access to quartermaster.
Looks like its fixed now. Coulnt access last night but now i got a vendor and dailys
