Today i reached that wheel to get agitated roused seedling from herbalism .
I found 7 today , the 1st one (after i kill that npc and herba him ) gave me plants , the other 6 a grey item ? is this a bug or it’s a very small chance to get plants from that npc ? anyone can relate ?
My issue is , it’s a waste of rich soil .
Agitated seedling is daily rare, so don’t use it after killing the first one until daily reset.
It can be used in group, so few people will receive herbs.

that makes sense ,i guess i rushed to the conclusion it’s bugged
