Ah bots everywhere. Posted 1 item, 1 second later someone posted after me on the same price

“Its not automated at all”. Yes ofc.

With TSM you can just keep your undercut check running and come running from the toilet when you hear the bell go off. You’re on draenor so there’s probably dozens of people AFKing at the AH 24/7.

No bot required.

The guy probably has you added as ingame friend and logs in when you log in to undercut you.I have had this happen to me so often to a point where me and this other guy spend like 12 hours in a day just undercutting each other. I ended up winning that day ^^

I don’t want to name and shame but i had a guy on TBC US side Everytime I would post a stack of any mats on the ah after one minute he would immediately undercut me every freaking time like he spied on me or something.

So they should rename auction house to UH undercut house.

People should not be able to do this without it asking the person you want to add first… or at the very least have a setting to tick “request my permission when a player wants to add me as a friend”

You just set the price proberly and he dont follow or you buy him out and repost to higher price. I have no problems at all sticking to this strategy. If he keeps undercut, buy him out or else the price is not competive at all i meN the price you set. Do not expect that you can afking all your gold and expect no competition.

It would be nice not having any competition  i would be a rich person.

AH is riddled with bots. Blizz doesn’t mind a handful of players having all of the gold from AH, because it means not everybody plays the game for free by buying wow tokens.

You just need to set the right price. Example.: some of my realms has 230 rings listed to 8500 gold. If I set price to 8400, many just follows. Why? Because crafting price is much less. I now set prices to 4000 gold and only very few follows and I earn still tons of gold both because I bought cheap mats and due to the volume.

Draenor is bad there 3 owned by one person. 3x lvl1 goblin warriors sat at Booty Bay AH 21 hours a day nonstop somehow cancelling and undercutting all Legos within seconds of posting. nobody else able to get a look in. tried to find the git but seems to be on a different phase(shows as online and in Booty Bay but cant find him). never responds to whispers. i just report and hope blizz do something. not holding any hopes he’s been there since the start of the expac.

What are you selling if the undercutting bothers you? I usually sell only korthide crystals and some ore and they sell almost immediatly.

I do experience undercuts at times but what really bugs me is 2 guys on my TBC realm who always, always, always list everything for 711g with 1c or 1s as a bid price.

Every time I list something, I have to doublecheck the bid price so someone won’t take my eg. 10 thorium bars for under 50 silver after 2 days.

I’d prohibit such low bids with such a high BO…

Crafted gear and Legendry’s. I loath farming. i have no problem with the other sellers most im friends with we all use tsm. and all notice that there’s no way he can keep undercutting us all all day without throttling and no breaks

peoples still use level 1 ah alts or is it only me ? :stuck_out_tongue:

Can confirm this is a common thing for AH goblins. During War-Scroll auction wars in BFA, I added my competition to my friends and found the AH they were using so I could see when they went from mailbox > auctioneer, then I knew when the undercut was about to hit and I could immediately undercut in response. Good times.
