After trying for days to find a suiting guild to raid mythic with and being disappointed by offers from guilds that not only don´t have the progress they claim to have or being just cesspool guilds in general , I decided to make a virtue out of necessity 
Our Community has been created after clearing the first 2 Bosses in Mythic via pugging , while we definetly looking into the third Boss if possible this week and we decided that we going to pug on every TUESDAY + THURSDAY from 8 - 12 PM CET ST so the next run would be on TUESDAY again (We right now still have 12/20 people from the run today around)
As much as our Focus in the near future will be on the Mythic Content of the Game going forward , we also do wanna open up for players looking into M + on + 10 and beyond to find suitable people for those as well.
If you don´t find a suiting guild for what you want to achieve in the game and looking into ~ 50 % of the current Raidtier of Mythic at least + M + 10s and above , you´ll definetly find a place in our Community (Altraiding or M+ing is also very much a thing , too )
