Hi everyone, I know that everybody knows that Underbelly is one of the best places for shady persons to gather. But surprsingly it is always empty.
Maybe we could try to make it a neutral hub for assassins, thieves, eavesdroppers and other quistionable personas. What do you think?
Starting from today, Galadana will be visiting Underbelly everynight (Realm time).
If the are any guilds who like the idea of having such neutral HUB and they want to take part in it, Please do. Feel free to send your representetives.
Players who like Merchant / Trade RP are also welcomed!
I am trying to promote TRPe addon. So I hope we will be able to create a store and a Black Market of goods.
Also if you have an idea or you want to inrich the possible RP in this new potential HUB, please do share your thoughts and proposals.

Hello there.
I’d imagine it’s best to specify if you are using Northrend or Legion Dalaran, which I assume to be the former due to Legion one being a Free for all PvP zone and also not having Hall of Shadows splitting it.
May have the downside of being parted from Legion Dalaran RP hub but still, can be fun. Good luck!

Yes, thats the whole point, Legion Dalaran is kinda pvp zone, which ofcourse makes it unusable, but former one suits perfectly well.
I love this initiative. My character, got a permanent resident down in the Underbelly, it’s always a bit sad seeing a place with so much potential for shady stuff just stand empty.
Personally, i use the Legion one, simply because it got new crisp models. But if we get a hub up and running in Northrend then i’m more than happy to move

Frankly speaking, I like new one better as well. We can try it at first. if that works, why not?

Yes, thank you! Everything we need is to log in every night there, consistently and I bet more players will show up. At first it will be a bit boring, but in time with more players we will always be blessed with a place where criminals meet.

which Dalaran is it again? New? or old? as the old one still has the uncrowned part of it, the tavern.

I think it’s the Old one (Wrath Dala) since it’s not gonna be a gamble of pvp enabling mid rp

To be honest both new and old one will do.
New has new textures, but there is a pvp area, which may cause some possible problems or not.
If peopel want to RP in old one - I am completely fine with it, if in new one - that’s also has its pros.
As you wish. I will be checking both, we can try with the Old one for a start. I think it is good that we have both) It could be used as an additional location for some purposes maybe) Why not? Besides a secret entrance for rogues in new Dalaran can also be played around, why not? I think it can be fun, if we close our eyes that it belongs to Uncrowned.
In order to make thinks simple from the start, lets just try with the Old one and we will see how it goes, alright?
I honestly thing that even the rogue order hall would be open to most shady folk, considering you have defias thieves and pirates walking around. I just don’t think most people would know what’s going on behind the shady bookshelf 
That’s just my headcannon, but yeah, let’s go with the old dalaran one

Yes, exactly, we can think of any cool ideas how to play it right.
It is very good that we have restricted area like this, just in case.
Old Dalaran will be a HUb, right, but I bet a lot of rogues will like the idea of having an additional area. So it is a bonus <3
But I agree with Robokiller, we make Old Dalran Underbelly as a foundation.

Also, I will create Insignias for every member (Horde and Alliance, TRPe item) (optional ofcourse)
Later, we will be able to create a cross faction Community ingame, and it will fit right perfectly.
For now I promise visiting this place every night. We need to stay there all the time, in order to sustain it for those who are not aware of it yet. It maybe be a bit boring, as I said, from the start, but it is needed to create a proper flow of those who is interested. We need to show a some dedication to this, if we want to make it real.
Other details we will discuss ICly ofcourse.

Keep in mind. Tonight is also the market night in Dalaran (Legion) so i’d think for tonight we could try the new one. More chances of traffic. Also, could even start our own trade down there on Tuesdays

It is a neutral hub for shadow folks, so everybody with appropriate RP behavior are welcome. TRP is a very useful addon, but if you don’t have it, that is completly up to you. No worries.
I will ask everyone to aknowledge the fact that in order to make it work, we need to be showing up there as much as possible. I will be staying there the whole time everytime I log in. I hope it will work.
Oh, and please don’t forget to purchase lots of Elixirs of Tongues, so you could understand what players of opposite factions are saying. Duration: 1 hour.
